Star Freight LLC is a freight brokerage based in Dallas, Texas. It is run by M. Gebriel — when you call, you get her or someone she trained, not a call center.
Built from Every Side of the Load
M. Gebriel didn’t come to brokerage from a sales floor. She started in 2010 in freight accounting: invoicing, matching carrier bills to rate confirmations, chasing detention charges, and running credit checks on new customers.
From there she moved into operations. She managed dispatch, driver settlements and DOT compliance for trucking companies across Irving and Hurst, then ran full-truckload and LTL operations: sourcing carriers, booking loads, tracking freight and fixing problems at 6pm on a Friday.
That’s why the details don’t slip. She has been the dispatcher waiting on a broker, the accountant reconciling a bad invoice, and the operator finding a truck when the first one cancels. She built Star Freight to be the broker she wanted on the other end of the phone.
Carriers cancel. Trucks break down. Appointments move. Freight doesn’t care about your weekend plans. She’s usually the one answering the phone about it anyway.

What Happens After You Send a Load
You send us a lane. We typically come back with a rate typically within 3 business hours — a number, not a callback promising one.
If you want to ship on terms, our credit application is online and takes a few minutes. Once you accept a rate, we source and vet the carrier before dispatch: operating authority, insurance and safety rating, checked every time.
After that you get updates without having to ask for them — pickup confirmation, status in transit, delivery, and proof of delivery when it is done.
